Wizard Recruiting is committed to confidentiality and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement outlines how information is gathered and used, indicates who receives information from this site and informs you how to modify registered Client or Candidate data.

INFORMATION GATHERING AND USE
Personal information acquired through Candidate registration -- such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address -- is gathered to provide recruiters with the data needed to promote you as a Candidate for job openings and determine whether you're an appropriate match for our Clients.

WHO RECEIVES CANDIDATE INFORMATION
Candidate information is directed to Wizard Recruiting recruiters who analyze the data and determine whether the registrant is suitable for current or future job openings. Wizard Recruiting recruiters are dedicated to building relationships with -- and placing -- the best Candidates. Your information will not be shared with other recruiters or organizations outside of Wizard Recruiting. Any information provided through Wizard Recruiting is strictly confidential and intended for the sole use of Wizard Recruiting recruiters working toward your job placement and the enhancement of your career.

MODIFYING CANDIDATE INFORMATION
After completing the registration process Candidates have the ability to update or modify their profile. If you want to remove your profile from our database, simply send us an e-mail at info@WizardRecruiting.com with a request for profile deletion and relevant profile information, and your Wizard Recruiting account will be removed from ur database.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY STATEMENT
This Privacy Statement may be reviewed and modified periodically. Updates will automatically appear on this page. To ensure that you are familiar with any modifications, it is advisable to view the Privacy Statement periodically.

PRIVACY
Wizard Recruiting will make every effort to comply with the obligations under the USA Privacy Act. We understand that the information you or your agent provides on the database is confidential and we will use our best endeavor in maintaining it. Information acquired from a third party source will normally be set to inactive until you have given permission for its use.

PROFILE AND RÉSUMÉ/CV INFORMATION
You will be requested for a series of information for us to hold and use on the site. This will contain your Name and contact information, categories, email alert categories, your skills/criteria/résumé/CV, which can be uploaded or created online. Your personal information, or selected parts of the information, will NOT be made available to be viewed and downloaded, by way of an online search over the Internet, by our Clients. This includes external direct recruiters, employment consultants or other organizations, which pay for services.

IMPORTANT: Your current employer may be either a Client of Wizard Recruiting or a Client of one of the Agencies that use the site. Wizard Recruiting cannot restrict the Clients or Agencies that access skills on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality. Clients will be located in countries from all round the World. The option is available for anyone to switch to different Wizard Recruiting sites but still request data from whatever country they desire.

When you register with Wizard Recruiting, you will first register and provide an e-mail address and password. You will create your own User/Skill/Criteria Profile and upload your résumé/CV and we will store the information on our databases until it is deemed that it is inactive. You can update or delete any of the information at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that your User/Skill/Criteria Profile, résumé/CV, and contact details are kept up to date. You should update your User/Skill/Criteria Profile , résumé/CV, ideally every 3 months but particularly if your contact details have changed and you are changing jobs or contract assignments. Once your User Profile/skills/criteria and résumé/CV are on our database, we will contact you periodically by email to request whether you want to remain active or inactive. We have the right that if we do not have a positive response to a series of emails, we will remove your information from the database.

PASSWORDS
Passwords are for the sole use of the person who created/entered them. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that an unauthorized person is using it or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions.

RIGHTS IN THE DATABASE
Database rights (pursuant to the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations) and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the Candidate database belong to Wizard Recruiting. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the database or its content and that these terms and conditions govern your retention and use of the database and its content.

RÉSUMÉ/CV
The online skills/criteria & résumé/CV facility allows Users to create skills/criteria & résumé/CVs for use in the system. It is the Candidate's responsibility to ensure the information in those résumé/CVs is accurate, truthful and portray a correct record of the Job history. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of any skill set/criteria/résumé/CVs, created online, uploaded and expects Candidates to carry out such verification procedures, as they feel necessary.

SALES OR GOVERNMENT TAX
The current understanding on Sales or Government taxes is as follows: If Wizard Recruiting has a Sales office or agent in the same country as the person buying then TAX is payable on all amounts invoiced, at the applicable rate for that country.
If any Government make changes to these Taxes or to the rules to Internet sales, then Wizard Recruiting has the right to change this TAX immediately and back date to any transactions by issuing Credit Notes & Invoices appropriately, and collect or refund any difference.

PAYMENT & CURRENCY
Payment is required, for recruiting, 30 days from the Client offering and the Candidate accepting the position. Payment will be in the form of check or Bank transfer (Wire or ACH) in the USA or by Bank transfer (Wire or ACH) only if outside the USA. In the case of late payment interest will accrue day to day at the rate of 8%.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with USA law and the USA courts shall decide all disputes.
